ai to muito encomodada com o meu peso, mais nao consigo fazer nada pra mudar

essa situação, tenho sido fraca e nao tenho forças pra dá um ponta pé incial, e

começar a emagrecer, mais se Deus quiser amanha vai ser diferente e vou

consegui... já tomei remedio por várias vezes pra emagrecer, tenho certeza

que nao e culpa do rémedio, volto pq acabo relaxando, o Gu meu marido

vai me deixar fazer cirurgia plástica, mas preciso emagrecer um tiquinho
